Conditions of Engagement
These are our standard conditions of engagement:
1. Charges
You will be charged for work undertaken by our carers and any travel expenses. All charges are subject to regular review and variations will be notified to you in writing from time to time.
2. Timesheets
It is in your interest to ensure that an Extra Hands of Heacham Limited Timesheet is signed. Failure on your part to countersign the Timesheets will not affect your liability for payment. The Timesheets act as a record of the amount of time worked, upon which the charge is based, and is final and binding in any event, whether countersigned by you or not.
3. Payment
Payment is required immediately on receipt of our invoice. Extra Hands of Heacham Limited reserves the right to require a deposit in an amount to be agreed as security against final payment.
4. Penalties for Late Payment
If no payment is received within 30 days after the date of invoice, and unless Extra Hands of Heacham Limited has specifically agreed different terms a 10% surcharge will be levied on the invoice.
5. Amendments to Bookings Cancellation
If you wish to reduce, cancel or amend the service, you must give at least 3 days notice. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee being charged. If an Extra Hands of Heacham Limited member of staff fails to attend please telephone the office immediately.
