About Us

Extra Hands of Heacham Limited was first established in 1993 to meet the need for high quality domiciliary and domestic care provision in North and North West and Broadland District of Norfolk. Now, after more than 14 years in business we have established an enviable reputation as the leaders of our field and continue to go from strength to strength each year.

We are a positive cash flow company and employ more than 175 carers in addition to our 28 office staff. All Extra Hands care staff receive training in the delivery of service and are encouraged to continue training on a regular basis. Together with regular supervision and annual appraisals this ensures that our high standards of service are maintained.

Extra Hands of Heacham Limited are a member of the United Kingdom Homecare Association and the British Association of Domiciliary Care and abide fully to the codes of conduct for both of these bodies.
